This is a tool that utilizes python in the backend and can be integrated as a "plugin" for OBS! It transcribes and translates in real time.
The script works using either the Vosk or the Argos offline language repository, allowing you to switch between the following languages: Spanish, English, Korean, Dutch, German, French, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.
Instructions for setup are included with the file download.
